Four ways I work, in the order I tend to reach for them. Coaching is the practical layer that shapes the week. IFS goes one level under it, into the parts that keep you stuck. Systemic coaching and family constellations open the layer above — the inherited patterns the rest of the work runs into. Most sessions touch more than one. Each page below is the long version, in my own words.
My approach to coaching
Co-creating solutions in a structured space — McKinsey-style problem-solving, but inside a coaching container that holds both the work and the person doing it.

A map of the human psyche that helps you work through conditionings that no longer serve you, and reach resources that have been shut away due to neglect or trauma.

Family constellation principles in a conversational one-on-one container. We work with transgenerational patterns to turn down the volume on life's recurring difficulties.
