Systemic Coaching

Family constellation principles in a conversational one-on-one container. We work with transgenerational patterns to turn down the volume on life's recurring difficulties.

Systemic coaching uses the principles of family constellations — but in a conversational, one-on-one coaching container rather than a group setting.

Many of the patterns that keep us stuck or limit us aren't ours alone. They're inherited — transgenerational patterns that have been passed down through our family system. A parent's unresolved grief, a grandparent's survival strategy, a family secret that was never spoken.

How it works

Using systemic principles, we can identify these patterns and begin to integrate them. Sometimes we'll do tabletop constellations — using objects to represent family members and map out the system. Often, just working with these principles in conversation is enough to create significant shifts.

The aim is to turn down the volume on life's recurring difficulties. When you integrate a transgenerational pattern, the hold it has on you loosens. Decisions that felt impossible become clearer. Relationships that felt stuck begin to move.

Connection to other modalities

Systemic coaching and group constellations stem from the same understanding: that we are shaped by forces larger than our conscious choices. They differ in method and depth, but they share the goal of integration.

Systemic coaching gives you many of the benefits of a full constellation — but in a private, conversational format that can be woven into any session.
