What it is
Since Claude Code became a full-scale assistant at the beginning of 2026, my own throughput went up roughly 100x — and I've spent the time since learning, and teaching others, how to actually work with these little humans you can create for specific tasks.
The point isn't to learn AI in the abstract. It's to leave the session with a working agentic setup, configured against your real tools, your real week, and the work you actually do.

What we do in the session
- We work inside your real environment — screen sharing, dictation, and pre-generated prompts, not a slide deck.
- Workflow review first: we set your existing setup up for better performance before we add anything new.
- Build the abstractions and skills that fit how you actually think — not a generic template.
- Make the architectural decisions about your agent team — what each agent owns, how they hand off, how you orchestrate them like colleagues.
- Tune the whole thing so the work is enjoyable to do: how your tools feel when you use them all day, and your physical setup around them.
Prerequisite
You're either already using Claude or willing to switch to it. I'll help with the transition if you need it. For Level 1, a short prep video walks you through installing Claude Code locally — that needs to be running before we start the session.
