Terms of use

These terms govern your use of lipcsei.com and the public-facing information about my coaching practice. The actual working relationship is governed by a separate written agreement we sign before the program begins.

Who I am

What this site is

lipcsei.com is a public information site for my coaching practice. It describes the programs I offer, my methodology, and provides a way to apply or express interest. Pages, prices, and availability may change without notice.

This site is not:

• Medical or psychiatric care.
• Psychotherapy. I am a coach, not a licensed therapist.
• Crisis support. If you’re in crisis, contact local emergency services or a qualified mental-health professional.
• Financial, legal, or tax advice.

Applying and the engagement

When you submit the application form, I review it personally. If we look like a fit, I invite you to an Intake Consultation. After the consultation, if we both decide to proceed, we sign a written engagement agreement that sets out the schedule, deliverables, confidentiality, and total fee.

Submitting an application does not create a coaching engagement. Either of us can decide not to proceed at any point before the agreement is signed.

Fees, payment, and refund

Program fees are stated on the relevant page (e.g. /coaching/ for the Signature Program, and /workshops/constellation/ for individual constellations). Payment terms are set in the engagement agreement.

The Signature Program carries a 3-month money-back guarantee. The program is paid in full at the start. If, at the end of month 3, you decide not to continue, you receive a refund for the unused 6 months — 2/3 of what you paid. Beyond month 3, you are committed for the rest of the 9-month program. Workshop fees are non-refundable once a date is scheduled, but can be moved by mutual agreement.

Confidentiality

Everything you share with me as a client is confidential. I do not share client identities or session content with third parties. Group sessions (constellations) are confidential by agreement of all participants.

I may write or speak about coaching themes in anonymised form (no names, no identifying details) for the newsletter or teaching purposes. I will never use your story without your explicit consent.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Hungarian law, my total liability arising from the use of this site or any coaching engagement is limited to the fees you have paid me for the engagement in question. I am not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages, including lost income, lost opportunity, or emotional distress claims that fall outside the scope of a coaching relationship.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Budapest, Hungary, unless another forum is required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence.

Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes that affect existing engagements will be communicated to you in writing.
